We do not however exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence. The above exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. None of your statutory rights as a consumer are affected.

Response Times

Whilst we aim to respond to every request within 24-72 hours of ticket submission, requests are placed in a queue in order or submission. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damages whatsoever as a result of delays caused by abnormally large queue lengths or other technical difficulties including and, not limited to, server down times and loss of data.

Information Availability

Whilst we will endeavor to provide you with the supplier information you require, we will not be held liable if our searches provide you no, or fruitless results.

Log Files

IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, our web servers automatically log standard access information.
